Senior Director of Implementations

Requirements

• Master's degree (or an equivalent foreign degree) in Business Administration, Finance, or a closely related field
• 6 years of client facing delivery experience in a senior consultant position
• 5 years of experience at a Manager level leading and managing health plan implementations
• 6 years of experience working with value-based care models, novel care models, and prior authorization processes
• Delivering complex large scale health plan technology implementations and working cross functionally with product, engineering and clinical teams
• Overseeing customer reporting, including analytical insights using data mining, data visualization, and modeling tools
• Working with health plans in customer-facing roles, with a strong orientation towards customer service mindset
• Building out growth strategies and financial business cases for health plans
• Leading end to end implementations for Utilization Management Healthcare / AI based solutions for health plans
• Leading the inception and growth of a dedicated implementation team and crafting a comprehensive strategy for scaling implementation at a healthcare technology company
• Defining playbooks and infrastructure (people, process, and tools) required to support scaling health plan customer implementations focused on prior auth/UM SaaS and service-based solutions
