Coalition is seeking a Senior Compliance Analyst to join its fast-moving and growing team. The Senior Compliance Analyst will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and procedures throughout Coalition's organization.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in an insurtech or insurance industry
High work standards, with the ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and effectively navigate a remote working environment
Ability to fully and effectively respond to client requests, following through on projects in a timely manner, and adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a track record of presenting to internal stakeholders
Working knowledge of the EU regulatory and compliance environment.
Strong insurance-related compliance experience in risk assessment, testing, and monitoring including knowledge of business processes and technologies
