Cloud Security Services is currently looking for a Service Desk Project Manager to support their Information Security Function Demand Management processes. This is a 6-month remote project.
Requirements
3 - 5 years overall experience with technical project management
Ability to organize, plan and execute the request lifecycle according to business needs
Ability to adapt to changes in business priorities
Organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal communication skills with strong spoken and written English
Good collaboration skills both with technical peers and business partners (in person and virtually using MS Teams)
Business outcomes mindset
Solid balance of strategic thinking with detailed orientation
Business process engineering experience
Flexibility to accommodate working across different time zones
PMP Certification
Experience with demand intake functions
Experience with technical project management in cybersecurity organizations
Cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, etc
