Join Citi's HR Team as an HR Customer Care Specialist and contribute to delivering day-to-day HR support to client groups. This is an intermediate level position that's a great stepping stone to further development in senior roles within Citi HR Team.
Requirements
Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in the area of Human Resources
Working knowledge of HR business processes
Full proficiency in both Polish and English language (min. B2)
Experience in identifying process improvements and supporting associated implementation efforts
Team player with a clear and concise written and verbal communication
Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
