Cherokee Nation Businesses is seeking an experienced Real Property Manager to support Cherokee and the Kadena Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) in managing real property, planning, programming, design, construction, and environmental programs for locations managed by Kadena CES.
Requirements
Three years of prior experience in Air Force real property at base level, or related experience
Three years of experience working closely with US military/DoD personnel providing advisory and assistance services for complex programs
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school in a relevant degree
Experience working in foreign country is a plus
Experience and understanding of the military real property management processes, database systems, and reports
Familiarity with engineering and facility plans and documents
Working knowledge of NexGen IT and/or BUILDER
Excellent communication and computer skills; intermediate proficiency with MS Excel
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Candidates must have a valid US passport
Requires a Common Access Card (CAC) or the ability to obtain one through a federal security investigation
Japanese language proficiency and/or fluency is a plus
Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
