CDS is seeking an Event Manager responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising in-store product demonstrators. The role involves overseeing product preparation, training, and customer service, as well as participating in new location grand openings.
Requirements
High school education or equivalent
Two to four years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments
Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
Proven ability to lead well-performing teams
Ability to exercise independent judgment
Able to coach and counsel employees, take correct measures as needed
Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required
