The Quality Manager will lead the development and enhancement of the Quality Management program for Raw Sugar, LLC, ensuring high product quality standards. The role will manage the product quality program, oversee quality staff, and provide technical support to Operations, Marketing, and Product Development.
Requirements
Bachelor in a science field, Quality area preferred
3-5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing management environment
Experience in personal care contract manufacturing a plus
Strong business management skills and manufacturing management experience
Knowledge of GMP, Statistical sampling, processes/testing procedures
Experience creating and implementing SOPs and process guidelines
NetSuite or other ERP/data system experience a plus
Ability to multi-task and change priorities as required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong collaboration skills
Ability to be self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
