Requirements
Relevant qualifications in the Building and Construction industry (Electrical / HVAC)
Delivering multiple capital works projects and developments of a technical / services nature
Holder of approved and current OH&S certification (eg Worksafe Victoria “White Card”)
Good financial acumen and cost plan management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills both Internally & Externally
Experience of working in live environments
Demonstrated examples of innovation and performance
