We are seeking an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a large community of more than 175 units. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operational leadership and be able to create and execute a business plan to grow revenue and profitability.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree required
Minimum of five years of operational leadership experience required
Valid administrator license in states where required
Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle for business use
