As a VCF Support Account Manager (VCF SAM), you will optimize and personalize customer's reactive and proactive support experience, advocate their requirements and priorities, and drive sift resolution and maximum uptime.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of related experience OR Master's degree plus 3+ years of related experience
Relevant years of experience in lieu of a degree may be considered
Notes: This is a full-time in-office position at the posted locations.

Annual base salary range: $71,000 - $113,000
