As an Inside Sales Team Leader, you'll lead a dedicated LatAm team, set ambitious goals, and evaluate performance to drive Booksy towards its objectives. You'll also be responsible for qualifying inbound leads via outbound calls, SMS, email, and other tools.
Requirements
At least 4 years of phone sales experience
Residency in either Colombia or Mexico
Ideally, prior experience in acting as a Team Lead and People Manager
Experience selling for technology/SaaS companies or in a similar environment
Proficiency in English and Spanish
