We are looking for a skilled MEP BIM Modeler to join our growing team and support the design and coordination of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for building projects.
Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or relevant technical field.
2+ years of experience in MEP BIM modeling, preferably in Revit MEP.
Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
Understanding of MEP systems design and construction processes.
Familiarity with BIM execution plans (BEP), LOD (Level of Development), and clash detection workflows.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
