Base is planning to bring a million developers and a billion users onchain and needs a Base Country Lead, Germany to help grow its global footprint. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Base's adoption in Germany, incubating and growing the local Base community, and running scrappy growth initiatives.
Requirements
Operational experience in a crypto startup/project (founder, early employee, community/growth head)
Deep connectivity in / understanding of your local crypto, startup and developer market
A relentless, solutions-oriented self-starter
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
