Requirements
Graduated from business administration or related fields
At least 3-5 years of management experience in business development - sales
Experience in insurance or banking industry is preferred
Disciplined and honest
Driven by end result, able to work under high pressure, always innovate and have a sales mindset
Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, processes and services
Good management and people engagement skills. Ability to influence and build effective relationship, profitable sales through key counterparties
Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead and motivate teams
Ability to collaborate with others to handle problems in scope of work efficiency and for out of scope can be reach recommendation level
Ability to develop capability of team members and build individual development plans (IDP) for team members
